Mail completed form and check for full payment to the address below. We are unable to accept partial payment. Priority will be given to full week registrations. Your confirmation will be sent by postcard with more complete information prior to the retreat. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Refund Policy:
$25 non-refundable. The balance is non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 weeks before the retreat. If we have someone to take your place we will carry your balance (minus $25) to be credited to a future retreat.
